Our secure study-specific web portal, OmnieView provides real-time data and reports, allowing the entire project team to communicate via a secure internet site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from anywhere in the world. You can view the progress of your project by going to one centralized, secure location. And because all project team members have access to the same portal, everyone has immediate access to the same information.
Study documents are maintained directly in OmnieView’s Collaboration module, which is powered by Microsoft® SharePoint®. Collaboration features user-friendly navigation, document versioning, audit trails and role-based security. The documents uploaded to this module can be used for collaboration between all project team members, and are easily accessible by the entire project team.
Collaboration has the goal of delivering the right information to the right people at the right time in a way that streamlines the process and enhances the user experience. Document tracking is a direct by-product of the work that’s completed in the system.
Additionally, all other information displayed is mapped directly to our internal project tracking/statistical tools, which ensures it’s always accurate.
